I definitely felt supported. I felt like you understood things about me I just hadn't figured out yet and you guided me to discover them for myself -- you didn't tell me what they were. You asked powerful questions, some of them so simple I don't know why I never asked myself (and I'm a coach too!).  

In places of conflict in my mind, you guided me to see what was important to me and whether I was being faithful (my terms) to the things I said were important to me. So we discovered a couple of mismatches there.  

You listen and you give us the tools we need to solve our problems and also teach us the value of honoring ourselves and respecting who we are. I was uncomfortable in a couple of the scenarios, but that's only because you had me look at areas I didn't want to. But you did so gently.
